Weight Lifting

AGELESS ATHLETES

In this fun and creative class, we focus on mind-muscle connections, developing more efficient postures and increasing strength and range of movement for daily life activities. Participants use hand weights, elastic bands and a ball. Exercises are done to some of your favorite songs and designed to be modified for all levels.

Fitness in Gym

BASIC STEP & BALANCE

In this class we work the mind-muscle connections from the ground up, strengthening our feet, ankles, calves... All the way up the chain, bringing self-awareness to our own body's muscular imbalances that affect our balance and strength for stairs and inclines. Stationary steppers (with or without risers) are utilized to improve coordination and warm up the body. We focus on mind-muscle connections and strengthening using equipment such as the Bosu ball, yoga blocks, counter-weights, resistance bands, and more. Use a chairs or the Barre for added safety and stability. It's a really fun and creative class for all ages and stages, it's sure to boost your confidence, too!

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle yoga is a yoga that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is a slower-paced practice focusing on breath awareness, mindfulness, and gentle movements that help release tension, increase flexibility and improve balance. Gentle yoga is a great way to relax and rejuvenate the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul..

KICK

Kick is a mix of cardio, strength and endurance in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format which can be modified for any fitness level. Please bring your own boxing gloves.

STRENGTH

Designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength, this class will be presented with circuit training, cardio exercises, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a full body workout. Intended to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe.

Dance Class

WERQ®

WERQ® is a wildly addictive cardio dance class based on trending pop and hip-hop music pre-choreographed with new routines made available often. WERQ is a rapid-fire class to get a high calorie burn, so expect to move a lot while following the instructor's cues. Many people report that after the third class, they catch on more quickly and get an even better WERQout.

Exercising

BARRE

Barre combines attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness training. We incorporate small and isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large-range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

Bootcamp is a circuit based class by combining strength, power and cardio exercises, it's designed to keep your heart rate high while working different muscle groups.

Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping, body-blasting fitness program that gets you results...fast. It's a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, Pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in any of our 60 minute classes.

A core-centered total body workout focusing on functional exercises to build strength, definition and stability. Our HOT ROOM will help detox, repair cells, burn calories and improve movement. Not only will it tone your body, but it will build a better foundation to everyday workouts!

Shavasana

YIN YOGA RESET

Yin Yoga is a mostly passive and somewhat meditative class practice ideally performed with "cooler" muscles to bring the effect to the "plastic" (connective) tissues: our ligaments and tendons. This practice helps increase range of motion and reset out central nervous system. Asanas are held for 3-10 minutes allowing the body and mind time to adapt and let go of stored tension. Known as an "effortless" or "passive" yoga, we utilize blocks, pillows, bolsters, and blankets for support and added comfort. Blocks are available on site. While not required, participants are invited to bring their favorite bolster and/or additional blocks.

BARRE HEAT

(HOT ROOM)

Barre Heat will take all the core fundamentals of Barre and crank up the heat! This is a low-impact class using lightweights and higher repetitions. We will also infuse it with flow to improve core stability, balance, and flexibility.

Have fun challenging your physical and mental fitness in this group class featuring basic Karate fundamentals, effective self-defense techniques and practical application.

STEP + SQUAT

Get your cardio fix and improve your coordination with this fun and approachable beginner-intermediate stepper class! Movements are repeated for an easy-to-learn workout. And, there's a strength conditioning squat "snack" halfway through to ensure calories are torched! The music is fun and familiar and sure to boost your energy!

Yoga with Props

UNWIND YOGA

Similar to Yin Yoga, this is a Restorative Yoga class, during which we rest in supported positions for several minutes to release tension and allow the body time to respond to breath work. We prefer to have warm muscles during Restorative practice, so we begin this class with gentle movement and/or fascia release using a ball for self-massage. This is the perfect practice to ease sore muscles, reset the central nervous system and balance intense workouts and daily stresses.
