Small Group Fitness Training Sessions are an excellent opportunity to get affordable access to a personal trainer paired with the benefits of group accountability, encouragement and motivation! We’ve got two sessions this January! Train with Lauren's Group starting January 10 on Fridays at 4:45 pm. Train with Lindsey's Group on Tuesdays at 9:30 am starting January 18th.
